Children's Healthcare has a proven record of accomplishment

pediatric specialties, and offers a model for other pediatric
hospitals. Children's is committed to keeping patients safe,
providing the same standard of care in each facility, and
ensuring there is effective communication among patients,
parents and caregivers through extensive training programs.

Responsibilities: |
|
|
Develop business acumen training for senior
executive management team and Epic rollout training. Research
and develop new user interface for technical training
template. Develop technical support documentation, user quick
reference guides, tutorials, and help files. Create and
develop new stand-alone modules library to minimize CBT
development time. Develop flash animations, graphics, computer
and web based learning activities for new template. Create
proprietary software knowledge assessments, record, edit
audio/video files for Captivate simulations, and web
development projects. Conduct usability testing and benchmark
results through the development process. Meet with directors,
department leads, and subject matter experts to develop
storyboards and scripts.
Children's utilizes SumTotal 7.6 for their learning
management system to generate permanent transcript records for
all employees. As administrators, we control user access,
uploading, catalog management, parent/child relationships,
grades, news, and locations offered. We currently offer
computer-based training on three hospital campuses, and we
offer Web based training to multiple satellite locations
around Atlanta. We attend weekly development meetings to
discuss new ideas, collaborate on projects, give status
updates, and demonstrate new development activities. Manage
course updates and course version control for all learning
activities offered. We currently offer over 1500
courses.
