to receive a shipping quote for your country... We DO accept foreign Paypal payments, however, you will need a custom shipping quote from us first. We need to know the exact list of items and quantities you wish to order, and your country. Asking for a shipping quote does not mean you are obligated to order. We do not provide insurance unless specifically requested and only if available for the country. We are not responsible for damaged, late or lost mail. Foreign Magazine Subscriptions Due to the massive increase in postal rates on May 14, 2007 overseas subscriptions have gone up. Please email for the rate for your country. If inquiring about postage for a Catalog... Please note that it costs more to ship the catalog than it's worth. Just make your choices online (everything here is the same as in our catalog), then if you still want a printed catalog, add it to your order ($1.00) and we can ship it with your other items. | We are NOT responsible for late, lost or damaged mail... We rely on the US Postal Service to do their job, just as you do. If you believe that your mail is lost, email us and we will provide a mailing receipt, but tracking is not available. Please ask yourself these questions before contacting us... * Did you provide us with the correct mailing address? Check your Paypal settings and make sure you provided your correct and current address, full name, apartment or suite number, zip code, etc. * Is your name listed on your apartment index or mailbox? If you live in an apartment complex, you MUST list your name on the mailbox. If not, the Post Office may not deliver. * Has it been 30 days since your order was placed? If not, then be patient. You may complain that mail is late by calling the numbers below, but there is really nothing else that the Post Office will do.
